Once an applicant’s eligibility has been established, a New Beneficiary Grant of £1,000 will be allocated to each dependant. The application will then be considered in full at the next Board of Trustees meeting (held quarterly in February, May, August and November) and a decision in regard to payment of support allowances and grants to Beneficiaries will be made.

Weekly allowances and grants will be back dated to the date of the event giving rise to the application.

An annual financial circumstances review will be conducted annually and a self-assessment financial circumstances form must be completed each year to ensure the continuation of any benefit payments.
